Complete the form for additional submissions 4-6. Then click SUBMIT and PLEASE WAIT approximately 30 seconds for all of your files to be uploaded. (We are working with our webhost to speed things up!)
Then, in the same browser window, you will then be redirected to a payment form where you can complete the payment process.
