Carol Fox Henrichs - has two photo art pieces selected for the DIGITAL EDITION exhibit at the Downtowner Gallery in Round Rock TX. This is a hybrid event with a virtual format and in-person exhibits. Charles Wallis - will be showing as a staff pick artist in one of the galleries at The Arts Council Gallery from September 19, 2022 to October 9, 2022. Charles is a classically trained master painter. His exhibit shows his versatility in style and media with paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolor featuring traditional representalism, impressionism and abstraction.

    <p>Problem Children...a powerpoint presentation about the different stages of our paintings.
    <p>When it comes to interacting with children, we may experience a multitude of emotions. Love, amazement, disappointment, anger, frustration, helplessness...among others. According to our presenter, Sue Bishop, "This is a natural occurrence. If we are honest with ourselves, we have the same emotions when it comes to our art work. Let us discuss what we can do when our paintings turn into Problem Children."

    Sue Bishop pursued formal art training at East Texas State University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Education and Art. After graduation, she taught in the public school system for many years. She was awarded the signature membership to the Texas Watercolor Society and an award of excellence in the Manhattan Arts International Competition. Presently, Sue conducts workshops throughout the state and teaches art in Georgetown.
