• First Place Division Winners -  (selected from first place ribbon winners, in each category, as the best piece in the division)

  • Professional Division up to $100 in cash and prizes, plus Ribbon

  • Semi-Professional Division up to $100 in cash and prizes, plus Ribbon

  • Non-Professional Division up to $100 in cash and prizes, plus Ribbon

  • Adult Student up to $50 in cash and prizes plus Ribbon

  • High School Student up to $50 in cash and prizes ,plus Ribbon

• Ribbons - First, Second, & Third Place in each Division & Category (at the judge’s discretion)

• Honorable Mention Awards (at the judge’s discretion)

Important Dates

• Deadline to submit entry form, images, & fees: April 22, 2019

  Notification of acceptance by email: On or before April 24, 2019

• Hand delivery of art: April 27, 2019 between 12:00 - 2:00 pm only @ Aloft Hotel Lobby, 1150 University Drive East, College Station, TX 77840

• Deadline for shipping delivery of art: arrive on May 1, 2019, 2:00 pm

• Show runs from May 4 - June 7, 2019: The Gallery Downtown, Navasota, TX

• Show Opening, Reception, & Awards Announcements: May 4, 2:00 - 4:00pm, The Gallery Downtown

• Pick up date for unsold art: June 8, 2019, 2:00 – 4:00pm @ The Gallery Downtown

• Return Shipments of art: the week of June 10, 2019
