DESCRIPTION:Meet member Mark Sadoski at our April 13 meeting when he shares his story\, “The Craft and Art of Mark Sadoski”! \n \nMark Sadoski is an award-winning landscape photographer and Professor Emeritus at Texas A&M University. Originally trained in fine arts\, Mark transitioned from film to digital photography\, eventually studying under masters like Jack Dykinga and John Shaw. Inspired by a formative meeting with Ansel Adams\, he now specializes in capturing the majestic\, remote reaches of the American landscape. His work has earned international recognition in the Epson PANO Awards and consistent honors from the New Haven Camera Club and the Visual Art Society of Bryan-College Station. SUMMARY:VAS Tent at Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair - April 26
DESCRIPTION:Join us at the Downtown Bryan Street & Art Fair!  It will be Sunday April 26\, 2026 from 10am to 4pm. \nDestination Bryan is giving Degallery and VAS  4 tents!  If you are a VAS member\, you can sell your art\, prints\, etc. VAS will be handling the sales and tax for 15%.  You will need to bring your own table and chairs.  The amount of space per artist will be set by the number of members who are coming.  If you are interested\, the deadline is April 19 to let us know\, so contact Wendy at president@visualartsociety.org  as soon as possible. \nThis is a great time for some plein air painting! \nWe will have more information soon.
